Overview
This Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park 7 Days 6 Nights tour is all about big water, big game and small intimate lodge accommodation. Experience the rumble of Africa’s main attraction – the mighty Victoria Falls, then fly into Hwange National Park where the elephants are the stars of the show.
Explore and experience the power of the mighty Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls is not only one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World; it is also an official World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most impressive waterfalls. Defined as the world’s biggest waterfall when measured by the sheer volume of falling water, Mosi-oa-Tunya has thrilled people for centuries. You will experience it almost exactly as ancient tribes did since there is very little building or development around the falls. This unspoilt beauty is what makes the experience so special: you easily imagine what it was like for those explorers seeing it for the first time.
Hwange is arguably one of Africa’s very best game-viewing destinations. As home to one of the largest elephant herds in the whole of Africa, it should come as no surprise that it is also the largest (and oldest) national park in Zimbabwe. This massive park and its creatures can be explored on foot, on horseback, or on a game drive. Hwange has an impressive range of wildlife – lion, leopard, rhino, giraffe, buffalo, zebra, gemsbok, hyena, wild dog, and more.
